Our jewelry sale fundraiser was a great success thanks to our generous members and friends!

We are pleased to report that we raised $6,000 for our Scholarship Fund at our recent Jewelry Extravaganza. As this was our last Jewelry Sale for now, we donated the extra jewelry to a worthy cause: The ARC Thrift Store in Arvada, where proceeds fund advocacy and services for people with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Extra thanks go to our volunteer Jewelry Sale maven Mary Van Meter, our trusty caretaker Michael BeDan for moving all the stuff up and down and all around, and volunteers who helped with sorting, displaying, and takedown: Nan Campbell, Vanessa Yohe, Dianne Blomberg, Bonnie McCune, Sally Kurtzman, Kathryn Zakoian, and Marcia Goldstein. Special kudos to Bernadette Fuentes, who has voluntarily lent her artistry and expertise to our Jewelry Sales for many years.

Cheers to all of our generous donors of jewelry, funds, and volunteer time!
