DWPC member Sandra Dallas’s historical novel Little Souls, a gripping tale of sisterhood, loyalty, and secrets set in Denver amid America’s 1918 deadly flu pandemic, was awarded the 2023 top prize for historical fiction from the Colorado Humanities Center for the Book.
