Join us May 7, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. at the clubhouse for a short documentary about Mary Coyle Chase, a member of the Denver Woman’s Press Club, who won a Pulitzer prize for her play, Harvey, which became a movie starring Jimmy Stewart in 1950. Mimi Pockross, a current DWPC member, wrote a biography about Chase, Pulling Harvey Out of Her Hat: The Amazing Story of Mary Coyle Chase.

A small donation is requested from guests. Then, join us again on May 12, 5:30-7 p.m. to hear DWPC member Leah Johnson share excerpts from her new book, Finding Fantastic Joy and providing details about her summer spiritual journey to Mexico.
