Welcome, Jill Carstens, memoirist, to DWPC! Her new book, Getting Over Vivian, Navigating the Loss of a Colorado Home, echoes with names and places significant to locals. Jill also writes for Denver North Star News, where she has a regular column, and does advertising for Colorado Community Media. A dedicated part of the city’s ongoing community spirit, she’s involved with the Save the ‘Pec group working to preserve notable jazz spot, El Chapultepec.
