DWPC member Judith Briles’ recipe for Rustic Italian Tortellini Soup is highlighted in the March 2026 edition of Costco’s membership magazine, The Costco Connection. Her latest book, Cooking with Judith (Mile High Press, 978-1885331991), is available at Barnes & Noble bookstores and Amazon online. This is Briles’ 48th book.
