Writing Workshop with Colorado Book Award Poet and Essayist Kathryn Winograd

After a gift of a camera, Winograd begins a surprise journey of photography and writing that leads to her newest book, This Visible Speaking: Catching Light Through The Camera’s Eye.

Winograd will take you on a three-part hands-on workshop exploring the nuts and bolts of connecting photographic images with ekphrastic writing:  “. . . a vivid, often dramatic, verbal description of a visual work of art, either real or imagined.”
