Are you an unpublished author … or know of one who aspires to publish? Are you a resident of Colorado and over 21? The Colorado Authors Hall of Fame is encouraging you to submit to the Aspiring Authors Scholarship. Five scholarships will be awarded this year, valued at $17,000 in cash and a one-year intensive mentorship program.
